Chasteen Glass & Mirror is a family-owned glass company based in Longview, Texas. We serve residential, commercial, and auto glass customers across East Texas — and we've built a reputation for showing up, measuring right, and doing the job the way it should be done.

We started in 2020 and we've grown steadily because we don't cut corners and we don't disappear after the install. Our team is small and we intend to keep it that way — which means the people we bring on matter. Every one of them.

Glazier

We need an experienced glazier who can handle a wide range of residential and commercial glass work — custom shower enclosures, windows, storefronts, mirrors, interior glass, and more. This is precision work, and we treat it that way.

What we're looking for:

Hands-on experience with glass installation — residential, commercial, or both
Able to work comfortably on a range of job types, from custom fits to new construction to replacements
Reliable — shows up when scheduled, communicates clearly, finishes what's started
Professional in clients' homes and on active job sites
Based in East Texas or willing to work within our service area

We measure differently than most shops — we evaluate the full system before anything is fabricated. If you take craftsmanship seriously, you'll fit in here.

Auto Glass Technician

We're looking for a qualified auto glass tech to support our growing auto glass division. This role covers windshield repair and replacement across a range of makes and models.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience with windshield repair and replacement
Comfortable working efficiently across a variety of vehicles
Reliable and detail-oriented — we don't rush work that shouldn't be rushed
Based in East Texas or willing to work within our service area
Experience with insurance billing is a plus, not a requirement
