John Chasteen
Owner
John Chasteen is the owner and founder of Chasteen G&M. Outside of his business, John serves as a pastor at Serenity Church in Longview, Texas, where he dedicates his time to spiritual leadership and community support. He is also deeply involved in outreach through the Highway 80 Mission in Longview, working to bring hope and practical help to those in need. At Chasteen G&M, John brings the same heart for service and excellence to every project.
Emily Boggio
Office Manager
Emily Boggio serves as the Office Manager at Chasteen G&M, where she combines her strong background in customer service and accounting to keep daily operations running smoothly. With years of experience helping clients and managing financial details, Emily brings both efficiency and a friendly, approachable touch to the team. She is currently preparing to attend Stephen F. Austin State University to pursue a degree in finance, further strengthening her expertise in business and financial management. Emily’s attention to detail, dedication to customer care, and drive for growth make her a valued member of the Chasteen G&M team.
Jesse Boyd
Glazier
Jesse Boyd brings over 10 years of glazing experience to the Chasteen G&M team, with a strong specialty in auto glass installation and repair. His attention to detail, steady hands, and commitment to quality make him a trusted expert in the field. Jesse is also known for his positive attitude and excellent people skills—he’s as comfortable working with customers as he is handling glass. His friendly, professional approach ensures every job is done right and every client feels valued.

Rick Chasteen brings a wealth of hands-on experience and technical skill to the Chasteen G&M team. A qualified journeyman electrician, Rick is highly proficient in reading blueprints, performing field service repairs, and executing complex installations with precision. In addition to his glazing work, he has strong backgrounds in welding and carpentry, making him a versatile and invaluable asset on any job site. Known for his problem-solving ability and work ethic, Rick takes pride in delivering high-quality results safely, efficiently, and on time.
